Why am I not receiving the verification e-mail?

Please check your spam or junk folder for the verification email from Felix. Verification emails can sometimes be mistakenly directed to your spam folder.

To avoid future emails being directed to your spam or junk folder please ensure you have the following email addresses whitelisted:

If you are still not receiving any verification emails, this is likely due to your email domain. We recommend using a more commonly used domain, such as Gmail, Hotmail, or Yahoo!Mail.
