Do I need a webcam?

No - if you don’t have a working webcam, you can upload an image file of your ID instead. You will need to make sure that the entire ID - including the edges and corners - are clearly visible.

Please ensure that the image file is of an original ID. Photocopies are not accepted.

If you are using a webcam to scan your ID, you’ll need to click Allow when prompted to allow access to your webcam. Don’t worry - your webcam will be automatically turned off once your ID is scanned.
