If a deposit network is down for maintenance, any deposits made during the network downtime will be processed after the network is back online. Your deposit will be credited to your account shortly after the network is restored. If you are not credited for a deposit, please reach out to us by raising a support ticket providing the Transaction ID.
If this is your first deposit and you are attempting to generate a deposit address, you will need to wait for the network to come back online once maintenance is complete.
